• Product Description
Product obtained by the partial dehydration, in vacuum, of Milk, followed by homogenization, filing and packaging in cardboard boxes. The milk in process is obtained by complete and hygienic continues to milk of feed and rest cows. There are some phases in sweetened condensed milk procedure: milk selection, filtration, cooling, standardization, sugar addition, thermo treatment, evaporation, cooling, lactose addition, micro crystallization, filing and packaging.
Color: yellow, without spot of other color.
Flavor / Smell: characteristic sweet, without different flavor and smell.
Consistence: creamed and uniform, without perceptive crystals.
